Common Kiosk Printer Terms:

Collate:	defines how pages are ordered when multiple copies of a documents are printed; [1, 1, 1] [2, 2, 2] [3, 3, 3] or [1, 2, 3] [1, 2, 3] [1, 2, 3]
Cougar Cash:	(formerly Signature Card) is a prepaid account on the BYU ID card that lets students and employees make simple, tax-free, purchases from retailers across campus-including Kiosk Print printing and vending
DPI:	Dots Per Inch; the resolution of a print job or scan
Driver:	a piece of software on a computer that converts the data to be printed to a format that a printer can understand
Duplex:	double-sided or two-sided. The printer prints on both sides of a page
MFP (Multi-Function Printer):	a printer that also has fax, copy, or scan functions
Netid:	the primary account credential used to access web-based university systems; your BYU username
Paper Sizes:	Letter: This is the US standard 8.5x11" paper that is stocked in Kiosk Print printers A4: the international standard paper size; 8.3x11.7" Legal: used to make legal pads; 8.5x14" Tabloid (Ledger): used to make tabloids and small newspapers; 11x17"
Pharos:	Pharos Cloud Print management software is a suite of print management and optimization solutions built for complex print environments
Ream:	a package of 500 sheets of paper
Toner:	like ink, it is applied on the page during printing; used by laser printers
Tray:	where the printer's paper is stored, some printers have multiple trays
