How To use the Pharos Print Drivers

For Windows and MacOS

The Pharos Print drivers only work on devices connected to the BYU campus network. If you are trying to submit a print job from home, please use the My Print Center client or the Pharos app.

Windows:

Once successfully installed, you will see the options "BYU Public B&W" and "BYU Public Color" in your available printers when you go to print. You can also check for them in your settings menu under 'Devices'.

Once you've selected one of the available options to print at a BYU Kiosk Print station, you will be prompted to input your netid and a job name for your print job before it will be added to your Pharos cloud print queue.

Selecting "Print" will add the job to your Pharos cloud print queue. You can then go to any Kiosk Print Pharos printer station on campus to print your file. Don't forget to bring your ID card!
