Unable to contact an LPD service:

We are working on understanding the cause of this error. If your Pharos print drivers are not working because of this error, try printing with the MyPrintCenter site. Please report the error to us so that we can understand it better. This issue is not resolved by initializing your account, although you will still need to do that to use the Printer Kiosks.

0x800f0214 Error

This error occurs when running the Pharos Installers on Windows devices. It is a known error that is not exclusive to the Pharos drivers, but can affect any kind of print driver installer. The 0x800f0214 error message means that a valid driver file can’t be found at the location where Windows looks for the print driver. A common cause for this error is a firewall or antivirus program blocking necessary features of the installer. Try temporarily disabling the Windows firewall and any antivirus programs you may have installed and try running the Pharos driver installer again.
