By accessing or using a BYU Print and Mail website to purchase its services or products (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
By uploading your content (“User Content”) to this website, you represent and warrant that
- you own or have the necessary rights to User Content; and
- User Content does not infringe on third-party anyone’s rights or violate any laws.
You also agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BYU from any demand, claim, lawsuit, or damages resulting from the failure of this representation and warranty.
By submitting User Content, you authorize BYU to reproduce, print, and distribute User Content for the purpose of receiving, processing, and delivering your order.
BYU reserves the right to refuse to print or produce any materials that it considers unlawful, infringing, offensive, or inappropriate. BYU will release its print ready files to you only after your order is paid in full.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date (“Due Date”). If your payment is not received by the Due Date, the following penalties apply:
- Late Fee: A late payment fee of 1.5% per month (18% annualized) will accrue on the outstanding balance beginning seven (7) days after the Due Date.
- Collection Costs: You will be responsible for any reasonable costs incurred by BYU in recovering overdue payments, including attorney fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
BYU reserves the right to suspend or terminate services and the fulfillment of new orders until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
3. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend BYU, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, obligations, losses, damages (including punitive damages), settlement payments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), interest, awards, judgments, diminution in value, fines, fees, penalties, or other charges arising out of or relating to the Services (“Claims”), except to the extent that the Claims arise from the violation of law or willful misconduct of one or more of the Indemnified Parties.
4. Governing Law
By accessing or using BYU’s Print and Mail website to purchase its services or products, you submit to the jurisdiction of and venue in the federal and state courts located within the State of Utah. You agree that any legal action arising out of or related to the Services must be initiated exclusively in the federal courts of the United States located in Salt Lake City, or the courts of the State of Utah located in Utah County.
5. Authority
By accessing or using BYU’s Print and Mail website to purchase services or products, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your company or organization and that your purchase makes these Terms and Conditions legally binding on your company or organization.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
